האם צריך רקע טכני?Do I need a technical background?
בכלל לא. רוב המשתתפים בסדנאות שלי הם אנשי מוצר, HR, שיווק, ומנהלים. אם אתם יודעים להשתמש ב-ChatGPT — אתם כבר מוכנים. אם לא יודעים — גם בסדר, נתחיל משם.Not at all. Most of my workshop participants are product people, HR professionals, marketers, and managers. If you can use ChatGPT — you're already ready. If not — that's fine too, we start there.
כמה זמן לוקח לראות תוצאות?How long until I see results?
מסדנה מעשית — יוצאים עם משהו שבניתם בסדנה עצמה. מהרצאה — עם 2-3 כלים ספציפיים שאפשר לנסות עוד הערב. אין כאן "תתחילו לראות שיפור בעוד חודש".From a hands-on workshop — you leave with something you built in the session itself. From a lecture — with 2-3 specific tools you can try that same evening. There's no "you'll start seeing results in a month" here.
אונליין או פיזי?Online or in-person?
שניהם. הרצאות לצוות עובדות מצוין אונליין — גם ב-50 איש. סדנאות מעשיות עדיף פיזי כי הדינמיקה שונה, אבל גרסה אונליין אפשרית ועובדת טוב.Both. Team lectures work great online — even with 50 people. Hands-on workshops are better in person because the dynamic is different, but an online version works well too.

כל ההכשרות הן בעברית. אם יש צורך באנגלית — למשל לצוות בינלאומי — זה אפשרי לגמרי, רק תציינו מראש.All training is in Hebrew. If you need English — for an international team, for example — that's completely possible, just mention it upfront.
מה כלול לאחר ההכשרה?What's included after training?
